I've had the opportunity to work with, observe, and learn from many different realtors throughout my career, and so the timing feels right for me to acknowledge at least a few of them. What they all have in common
The thing about all of these professionals is that they are all amazingly consistent with their approach. And I believe one big reason behind their consistently is their decision to practice real estate in a manner that "feels right" to them.
They aren't trying to follow someone else's formula, and they aren't trying to appeal to every potential customer. Every one of these professionals knows what they value and who they're here to serve. What a wonderful way to approach a career at a time when so many are seeking meaningful work.
