On average our clients sell for 3.1% more than the original list price, compared to the MLS average which was less than originally listed. At Mad City Dream Homes, our clients receive higher prices because we place a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of proper pricing, staging, marketing, and negotiation. Focusing on the fundamentals helps our clients receive more competing offers (see below).
On average our clients sell for almost 3.5% higher than the average MLS listing.
