The community is on the west side of Sauk City and will be directly across the street from the new Culver Community Park, which will have numerous recreational and entertainment opportunities. Some homes have a finished lower level with extra bedrooms or a rec room, while others are unfinished and can be finished at a future date for even more space. Culver Community Park is a brand new community park with many amenities that will be located right across the street from the neighborhood. The park will eventually include a bike track, sledding hill, sport courts and fields, event garden, dog exercise area, batting cages and much more. Junge Park and Florence Park are also nearby. The community is a short distance from many regional favorites, including Wollersheim Winery and Devil’s Lake State Park. Commuting to the Madison area is a breeze on Highway 12.
