The statistics below include all Dane County single family home and condo sales recorded in the South Central Wisconsin MLS database from January 1st through December 31st, 2023. In each case we compare our home-selling statistic against the MLS average for Dane County.  

On average our clients sell for almost 2% higher than the average MLS listing.

On average our clients sell for 2.1% more than the original list price, compared to the MLS average of .2 percent. At Mad City Dream Homes, our clients receive higher prices because we place a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of proper pricingstagingmarketing, and negotiation. Focusing on the fundamentals helps our clients receive more competing offers (see below).   

Our clients net a 1.9% higher sales price compared to the average MLS seller. For the typical $450,000 listing, our sellers receive $8,550 more toward their bottom line.

Our clients receive cleaner offers because more buyers are competing for their home. Forty-four percent of our sellers closed with cash offers in 2023, compared to the MLS average of 24%.
