Neighborhood Amenities
Wexford Village offers excellent access to the many parks on this side of town. Residents here enjoy short walks to Wexford Park, Stricker Park and Pond, Woodside Heights Park, Tiedeman Pond, and High Point Pool. Another attractive selling point is the network of walking paths that wind throughout the subdivision. Many shopping and dining options are also conveniently located within a short distance of the neighborhood. Sauk Point Square is located at the intersection of Old Sauk Road and High Point Road. Wexford Village Neighborhood Association and Schools
The local neighborhood association is very active and plans a number of community events throughout the year, including a 4th of July parade and party, a neighborhood-wide garage sale, an Easter egg hunt for the kids, and a park clean up day at Wexford Park. Wexford Village properties are zoned to Stephens Elementary, Jefferson Middle School, and Memorial High School.

Located along the western edge of the neighborhood, High Point Swim Club offers plenty of summer fun. This expansive pool is one of the nicest in Madison.
