The Starliner Condominium community offers a diverse selection of 1 and 2 bedroom options. A handful of townhouse units are designed with open space and a restroom on the main level. A window with garage facade gives a spacious, open feel. The main level sits on East Mifflin Street, providing a convenient space for businesses of all kinds. Then the primary living space, including the master suite, kitchen, and living area, is on the second floor. These units are designed to allow owners to pair their business aspirations with their home life. Other units offer 1-2 bedrooms in a garden-style floor plan, and provide upscale living within walking distance to prime grocery, restaurant, shopping, and downtown amenities. Ceilings are high here - anywhere from 9-11 feet. In-unit laundry makes downtown living easy. One underground parking space is included with each condo. 

Starliner Condominium Association

The Starliner Condo Association includes both buildings. One has 19 units and the other includes 24. The community is managed by the developer. Shared space within the buildings includes a fitness facility, a rooftop terrace, and a community room. Monthly fees will cover maintenance of all shared spaces, and also snow and trash removal, hot water and water/sewer fees. The fees also cover common area insurance and a reserve fund.
