Sky High is an established neighborhood on the south-side of Cottage Grove surrounded by a beautiful rural landscape. Homes in this neighborhood are generally three to five bedrooms with between 1,900 and 2,100 square feet of living space. Both ranch and multi-level homes are available. There are also a few buildable lots in this community. Homes in this neighborhood have features like expansive picture windows in the living rooms, wood floors and fireplaces. Some homes have updated kitchens and bathrooms, as well as newer flooring. The lots in this community are large, many between a half to a full acre in size. Some of the properties have lush landscaping, with fruit trees and established gardens. These homes give the feeling of living in the country while still being within 20 minutes of Madison.
Sky High Local Perks
The Sky High neighborhood is home to Bass Park and is a short distance away from both the Cottage Grove Kids Park and Bakken Park, which is expected to build a new splash pad soon. The community is also close to four golf courses, including Yahara Hills, The Farm, Door Creek and The Oaks. Commuters will appreciate the short drive to Highway 12/18, giving easy access to the beltline and everything nearby Madison has to offer. There are also several restaurants and shops just a few minutes away in Cottage Grove.
Sky High Schools
Homes in the Sky High neighborhood are zoned to the Monona Grove School District, with students attending Taylor Prairie School, Cottage Grove School, Glacial Drumlin School and Monona Grove High School. The school district is also home to the MG21 Charter School, an alternative school for students in grades 9-12.
