The Sherman neighborhood dates back to the late 1930s. It is possible to find cozy 1 and 2 bedroom homes, with opportunities for upgrades. Within this neighborhood there is also newer construction, even as recently as the mid 2000s. Most Sherman homes fall between 1,200 and 1,600 square feet of living space, although there are exceptions on either end of the spectrum.
