Secret Places began construction in 2005. The neighborhood offers a good variety of one and two-story floor plans, 3-4 bedrooms and open concept designs. The neighborhood was designed with smaller lots, but generous shared space. Open areas include a few storm drainage ponds, walking and biking paths, protected wetlands and Secret Places Park. The park includes a playground, soccer and basketball areas, and additional open green space. Homes in Secret Places start with around 1,500 square feet of living space. A significant portion offer closer to 2,500 square feet. The homes are mostly transitional in style, and emphasize a sizable living area connected to an open kitchen. Kitchens typically feature islands, and offer modern finishes and cabinetry.
