One bedroom units offer galley kitchens with a breakfast bar, a separate built in desk area, a living area complete with a gas fireplace, and a separate bedroom and full bath. In one plan, a gas fireplace forms a sort of half-wall between living and dining areas, and can be enjoyed from both sides. In the other, the dining and living areas are all in one room, with the gas fireplace built into the wall. In either case, the kitchen forms a u-shape, with a breakfast bar opening to the living area. Built in desk space creates an extra nook, and 2 full baths accompany 2 bedroom condos. Listing prices for 2 bedroom condos are around $300,000. Each owner receives one space in the underground parking area, and there is an additional parking area outdoors. The condos also have covered porches.
