Parklawn properties are conveniently situated near Sauk Trail Elementary, Kromrey Middle School, and Middleton High School (which is located within the boundaries of the neighborhood at 2100 Bristol Street). This subdivision is also home to the Walter R Bauman Aquatic Center. The aquatic center features an expansive outdoor pool with two water slides, a diving well, zero depth entry, and a large sandbox play area for the little ones. Parisi Park and Fireman's Park are also located within the neighborhood. Fireman's Parks is home to the city's annual Good Neighbor Festival. The festival is held each August, when for three short days the Park Lawn neighborhood becomes the center of activity for the entire city. Downtown Middleton is just south of Park Lawn, across University Avenue. Greenway Station, a popular shopping and restaurant destination, is just minutes away.
