Owl’s Creek is an emerging neighborhood on the southeast side of Madison near the McFarland border. The community has both new construction homes and buildable lots at a variety of price points. Both two-story and ranch-style homes are an option in this neighborhood. Lot sizes are between a fifth and a third of an acre, and you can bring your own builder.
