Due to my financial situation my accountant told me I needed to wait 4 years to get a loan, as did several others in the banking and home mortgage industry. However, John listened to my story and felt that he may be able to help us. He contacted a few of his sources and told them our whole story. After dealing with several obstacles, he finally worked it out in our favor. We now feel so much more secure. We are happy with our mortgage, and we are saving almost $600 per month and have a very competitive interest rate.
