The Valley Ridge subdivision is one of the far west side's more popular neighborhoods, where much of the inventory sells for around $325,000 and under. Cardinal Glenn features newer homes in a similar price range. In Ice Age Falls and Linden Park, most of the available homes sell for between $260,000 and $360,000. Pine Hill Farm properties start at about $350,000.
