There are multiple condo options on Madison's east side. The larger condominium associations are featured in the menu below. Several are concentrated around American Parkway and High Crossing Boulevard. These include Ambassador, Holborn Village, Patriot Hill, and Stoneridge Pointe. All are designed with easy access to popular employers, restaurants, and shopping. Another area is closer to Sprecher Road and south of Interstate 94. Here you'll find Birchwood Ridge, Richmond Hill, Town Center, and Westminster Courtyard.
