Several are concentrated around American Parkway and High Crossing Boulevard. These include Ambassador, Holborn Village, Patriot Hill, and Stoneridge Pointe. All are designed with easy access to popular employers, restaurants, and shopping. Another area is closer to Sprecher Road and south of Interstate 94. Here you'll find Birchwood Ridge, Richmond Hill, Town Center, and Westminster Courtyard. Many of these are set within newer construction neighborhoods, and enjoy the benefits of nearby parks, shopping, and restaurants. Most of the communities were built since the late 1990s and include modern, open concept designs.
