Eagle Trace was established in 2019 with new construction homes being built in 2024. These Veridian homes are green-built for energy efficiency and offer open floor plans, large master suites and plenty of storage. There are both ranch and two-story homes in this neighborhood with a variety of architectural styles available. Homes are spacious with 1,500 to over 3,000 square feet of living space depending on the floor plan. Properties in the Eagle Trace neighborhood have a Verona address, are zoned to the Middleton-Cross Plains School District and are in the Madison municipality. Eagle Trace is still in development, which means there are a number of options for buying and building in the neighborhood - and in many cases an opportunity to customize homes depending on how close they are to being finished.
The community is a short drive from several restaurants, golf courses, shopping and entertainment options on the west side of Madison and in nearby Middleton.
Eagle Trace is situated near the Pope Farm Conservancy, a destination known for its summer sunflower display. Pope Farm Conservancy is also great for year-round hiking and bird-watching. Parks and golf courses are also nearby. The Eagle Trace neighborhood will have walking paths, multiple ponds and a large central park when it is complete.
Homes in the Eagle Trace neighborhood are zoned to the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. Students attend West Middleton Elementary, Glacier Creek Middle School and Middleton High School.
