Doty School Condos, Madison
The Doty School Condominiums are very unique. These properties are located in the former Doty School building at 351 W. Wilson Street. The history of the building dates back to 1906, when the old Fourth Ward School was torn down and replaced with Doty School. In 1983, Krupp Construction renovated the 3-story structure to create 17 ultra-cool condominiums.
