Some units have fully finished basements with 8’ tall ceilings for extra space while others offer the option for additional expansion. In-unit laundry is located in the lower level. On the main level, you’ll find a large great room with a gas fireplace, which makes the space feel extra cozy and is a nice focal point. Some condos have hardwood floors while others have carpet. The kitchen has an attached dining area that looks out onto the private balcony. Kitchens feature plenty of counter space and cabinets. Some units have upgraded appliances, countertops, and backsplashes. Others have a neutral palette that makes it easy to leave as-is or update to your personal tastes.
