Wow! Before and After Staging Photos

We recently listed and sold this condominium in the Town of Westport for $10,000 above the list price, which far exceeded our clients' expectations for their sale. The two biggest reasons for our clients' success were the staging and photography plans that we included in the marketing plan. The "before and after" photos below show the dramatic, positive impact that our stager and photographer had on this listing.

Enhancing a listing with aerial photography

Next, we took our marketing to the next level by including aerial photos in the listing. The photos below showed this condo's unique setting near the Yahara River and Lake Mendota, and proved to be an excellent add-on to our marketing plan.

Our staging and photo philosophies

The examples above provide some good insight into our marketing philosophies. For starters, we're big believers in identifying a customized marketing solution for every client. For your property, that means we identify a specific staging plan designed to maximize your selling price and minimize your days on market. Because the quality of your staging is so vitally important to the overall success of your sale, we pay for as much time as you need with our stager.

Likewise, we also customize the photography plan for each property. For your property that means the photo plan could include neighborhood and aerial photos, in addition to the interior and exterior photos that we produce for your home. The bottom line is we'll schedule as many photo shoots as needed in order to create a set of beautiful, eye-popping photos for your listing.

Time and time again we've seen our investment in professional staging and professional photography pay huge dividends for our clients. This is why we don't have a budget for our listings. We truly enjoy the creative process that goes into each listing, and seeing our clients reap the benefits
