Why I Love Shopping at Metcalfe's Market

I love shopping at Metcalfe's because from the moment I enter until the moment I leave I feel relaxed and calm. The store is organized and visually appealing, and there is plenty of room to maneuver throughout the aisles. Metcalfe's is filled with products that I'd like to buy, and the staff throughout the store are happy to help me. In fact at Metcalfe's I don't need to ask for help. Very often an employee will notice that I'm searching for something and offer to guide me to my destination.

The best part about MetCalfe's is the check-out. There are no long lines and no long wait. There's always a friendly cashier available to help me on my way out the store. 

The Opposite Experience

There are other stores in town where the experience is the exact opposite. In other stores I can actually feel my blood pressure rise as soon as I enter the door. The aisles are cramped and difficult to navigate. The shelves are overflowing with products. Everywhere I look I see customers who compete against each other as they race to get through their routine. I see stressed out employees, too. In these stores it's hard to get the attention of an employee who will help me find what I need. If I do find someone, he's usually distracted by another aspect of his job and reluctant to help.

Navigating these stores is one thing. Checking out is another. Almost always the lines are long. Very often they're backed up so far that they disrupt the flow of customers throughout the store.
