Maureen Moran joined our real estate team two-and-a-half years ago when she moved from New York and returned to her Wisconsin roots. Since joining us two-and-a-half years ago, Maureen has improved the culture of learning on our team, and has made all of us better agents. First, by showing up each day and modeling the habit of daily and lifelong learning. During our weekly team meetings, she also regularly poses questions to the group and encourages us to weigh in with our ideas and advice.
