Looking back on 2018, we're grateful for another year of growth at Mad City Dream Homes. Thank you to all of you who have referred us to your friends and family in the last year. Looking ahead to 2019, we're excited to share our team is growing in a number of positive ways. Here are a few of the exciting changes we're working on right now at Mad City Dream Homes.

1) We're growing with great people
We're very fortunate to have Maureen Moran, and Tracy Kapela join our team in 2018. Both, in their own way, are making us a better and more complete team. Maureen and Tracy, thanks for choosing Mad City Dream Homes. We're glad to have you aboard!
2) We're upgrading our website
Soon we'll be upgrading our website to a new platform. We'll have the same great tools and content as always, but with a cleaner look. We're confident you'll find our new site easier to use and navigate.
3) We're upgrading our neighborhood content
We've started an ambitious project to document hundreds of Madison area neighborhoods with professional photos and video. We'll be using the photos to enhance our online neighborhood guides, and to enhance your listing when you have a home to sell.
4) We're creating a reporting tool for you
We're making a lot of great progress on this project. When complete, you'll be able to generate your own online trend reports, on-demand, for your target market. For example, you'll be able to select your location, and then our tool will produce the latest sales, price, days on market, and other trends for you. Stay tuned for more exciting news on this project!
5) We're getting more involved in the community
Our team is working closely with the Foundation for Dane County Parks to ensure our amazing local park system remains healthy and viable in the years ahead. In addition to working with the Foundation, our agents are supporting a number of other community groups in the Madison area.
6) We're doubling down on service
We realize you have many REALTORs to choose from in today's crowded market. Right now it seems there are as many agents as there are homes for sale in the Madison area! Our goal is to be your team of choice when you need a group of professionals committed to going the extra mile for you.
