1) Capture beautiful listing photos. 

Capturing beautiful photos begins with the home staging process. Remember, we provide your staging services free of charge by connecting you with the best stager in the business, Debbie Lea. Once your staging is completed, we partner with the best real estate photographers in Madison to create the photos for your listing. We don't have a set budget for our photos, and we'll do whatever it takes to capture the very best pictures of your home. If needed, we'll schedule multiple photo shoots in order to achieve our desired look. Depending on the type of property you own, your listing may include areal photos and photos of the surrounding neighborhood, too.

2) Create an engaging listing description. 

The MLS allows 600 characters of text for each listing description, and we do our best to make the most of it. We highlight the key selling points of your home and neighborhood, with a tone that shows appreciation and enthusiasm for your property.

3) Create beautiful, supplemental marketing materials. 

We customize your marketing plan according to the type of property you own. For the listing highlighted in this article our supplemental marketing materials included all of the following:
