Once your staging is completed, we partner with the best real estate photographers in Madison to create the photos for your listing. We don't have a set budget for our photos, and we'll do whatever it takes to capture the very best pictures of your home. If needed, we'll schedule multiple photo shoots in order to achieve our desired look. Depending on the type of property you own, your listing may include areal photos and photos of the surrounding neighborhood, too.
2) Create an engaging listing description.
The MLS allows 600 characters of text for each listing description, and we do our best to make the most of it. We highlight the key selling points of your home and neighborhood, with a tone that shows appreciation and enthusiasm for your property.
3) Create beautiful, supplemental marketing materials.
