Bergamont - Located in Oregon, this community surrounds the Legend at Bergamont 18-hole golf course. In addition to great views, the community has many amenities including a restaurant, fitness center, and a swimming pool. Homes in this neighborhood are upscale and many have unique features like home theaters and chef-quality kitchens.

Bishops Bay - Along the northern shores of Lake Mendota, the Bishops Bay neighborhood boasts access to both the Bishops Bay Golf Course and the lake. Blackhawk - The Blackhawk community on the far west side of Madison boasts proximity to both Hawks Landing and University Ridge golf courses, as well as the new Pioneer Pointe golf course. Nakoma - The Nakoma neighborhood is next to the Nakoma Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole course. The Odana Hills Golf Course and Glenway Golf Courses are also nearby. Sherman - The Sherman neighborhood is next to the Maple Bluff Country Club, which has an 18-hole course, a fitness center, restaurant, and a swimming pool. Homes in this community are affordably priced and historic, making it an ideal choice for many buyers.

Southlawn Estates - This Cottage Grove neighborhood is just a short distance from Door Creek Golf Course, an 18-hole course that also has a bar and grill.
