We're excited to share that our team helped 17 clients achieve accepted offers in the month of August. Even better, most of our client activity was in the more affordable price categories:
- 5 of 17 clients were in the under $300,000 price category
- 11 of 17 were under $400,000
- 15 of 17 were under $500,000
All of this positive activity suggests that the Dane County real estate market is becoming a little more free-flowing, with more homeowners choosing to sell their starter home and move onto their next stage of life. This, in turn, is creating more opportunities for first-time buyers to make their move into homeownership.
We're cautiously optimistic that we'll see more months like the month of August in the year ahead. We'll keep you posted.
