How Mad City Dream Homes sellers compare to the competition

We're excited to share our 2025 home selling results with you, and the result we're most proud of is our clients' average sales price versus their original list price (in other words, the list price before any price reductions). In 2025, our Mad City Dream Homes clients sold for 3.9% more than the typical seller (see the graphic below).
