During the home staging phase, we’re present to do any “heavy-lifting” that’s needed to implement our staging plan. And we’re ready to coordinate any necessary repairs and/or cosmetic updates to the house on the sellers’ behalf. All these events are key elements of presenting a much loved home in its very best light.
Constant communication and support is what we extend to all our clients. When working with long-time homeowners, we go a step further and over-communicate the next steps in the selling process. We have more face-to-face and phone conversations. We’ve found that this extra personal communication eases the inherent breathless moments that arise during this major life transition.
