How we found Mary's dream condo
When we began our search, there weren't any properties listed for sale within Mary's favorite condo community (which is a pretty common scenario in our low inventory market). So we decided to send out a few letters. We sent out 22 letters to the owners in Mary's preferred association. Each letter was written from Mary to an owner. Every letter was placed in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope, to ensure each letter would be read.
A few days later we heard back from one of the owners who had received Mary's letter. The owner said she had been planning to put her condo up for sale, but she hadn't gotten around to it yet. We arranged for Mary to tour the condo and upon viewing it in person Mary knew she had found the right one. Soon after our tour we submitted Mary's offer to purchase. The seller accepted Mary's offer, and now Mary is settling into her new home.
