Now that we've entered the spring market, more listings are coming up for sale compared to the colder and slower winter season here in Dane County. But in the bigger picture, listing activity these past few weeks has been slow for this time of year.
Dane County homes
A total of 537 homes were listed for sale in the month of March, just above the 533 listed for sale in March of 2024. This month's total was the second lowest on record for the month of March.
Dane County condos
A total of 142 condos were listed for sale in Dane County, which was the lowest on record for the month of March.
