Harbor Village - Explore the oak savanna and wetland prairies at Pheasant Branch Conservancy, which is just steps from this condo community. These garden-style two bedroom homes are affordable and the association has great amenities like a swimming pool, tennis court, and clubhouse.
Cherokee Condos - The two-bedroom garden style condos at Cherokee Condos are affordably priced and in an excellent location near Cherokee Marsh and Cherokee Country Club’s Golf Course. The association offers many amenities on its wooded and park-like property, including a pool. The community is walking distance to the largest wetland in Dane County where you can enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, or birdwatching.
Village Walk, Innovation Condos, or Conservancy on the River are three condo communities in DeForest’s Conservancy Place neighborhood. These communities feature newer townhomes and ranch-style duplexes that are within walking distance to the Upper Yahara River Trail, which is an excellent spot for hiking or biking. These new construction condo homes feature modern amenities and lots of space. Plus, some have an attached two-car garage.
Conservancy Creek Condos - Take a stroll in Edna Taylor Conservation Park, which borders the Conservancy Creek Condo Community. The conservation park is a peaceful place to hike and includes a glacial drumlin, oak savanna, and restored wetlands. The condo community features spacious two-bedroom garden style units, some with sunrooms, that are perfect for a home office, or enjoying the view.
Prairie Park at Swan Creek - The one and two bedroom garden style condos at Prairie Park at Swan Creek are a short distance to the Capital Springs Recreation Area and the Jenni & Kyle Preserve. Plus, the Capital City Trail is near the community. These homes feature open floor plans and a spacious private deck. Some condos also have a fireplace! Homes in this community are in a serene residential neighborhood that is only about 10 minutes to downtown Madison.
Ashbury Woods - Elver Park on the west side of Madison offers year-round recreation, and Ashbury Woods is within walking distance from it all. The condo community features one and two bedroom garden style homes that are affordably priced. There is also a fitness center onsite. The community is tucked away between farm fields and the woods and hiking and cross country trails at Elver, but still close to hustle and bustle on the west side of town.
