Homes in Birchwood Point were constructed from 2014 to about 2018. In 2019, the subdivision added an extension called Haven at Birchwood Point South, which is still building new construction in 2024. This neighborhood offers a convenient location, just minutes from Greenway Station, West Towne Mall, and dozens of restaurants. It also offers a wide range of home options. Homes range from 1,600 square feet to closer to 2,900 square feet of living space and offer 3-4 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. Main living areas are open concept, and provide living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens that are conducive to hosting guests. You can find both one and two story options in Birchwood Point.
