Lots are a quarter acre in size, which leave plenty of room for a large deck and a three car garage. Homes in this community have great features like high ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplaces, and solid core doors. Kitchens feature solid surface countertops, soft-close cabinets, and a walk-in pantry, which provide a great space for meal prep. Master bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with large showers and double sinks. Additional bedrooms are a good size with plenty of closet space. Some upgrades are available during construction.
