Acacia Ridge is a brand new Veridian neighborhood on the far west side of Madison with both move-in ready new construction homes and buildable homesites available. Some homesites feature garages in the back to allow for a smaller, lower maintenance lot, while others have attached garages on the side that have larger backyard spaces to gather and play. Both two-story and ranch-style homes are available. Homes in this community typically have from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet of living space, with three to four bedrooms. Some homes have the option of a finished basement for additional living space, while others are unfinished with the option to expand square footage at a later date. Homes are built with energy efficiency in mind, and are both Focus On Energy and Green Built certified. Floor plans feature modern spaces that are very functional, like open kitchens, mudrooms off of the garage, and flex rooms. A variety of finishes are available, including wood floors, upgraded countertops, and higher end appliances. Master suites have an attached master bathroom and large walk-in closet.
