The Valley Ridge subdivision is one of the Far West Side's more popular neighborhoods, where much of the inventory sells for around $250,000 and under. Cardinal Glenn features newer homes in a similar price range. In Ice Age Falls and Linden Park, most of the available homes sell for between $250,000 and $350,000. Pine Hill Farm properties start at about $300,000.
