This small neighborhood is tucked away in the heart of Madison's east side. Many homes in Hiestand are available for under $250,000. This part of the town also features a wide selection of multifamily and apartment real estate. A large portion of the neighborhood is comprised of parks and green space. 

Hiestand Parks

Hiestand Park is a 46 acre park located on the western edge of the neighborhood. This park is popular with disc golfers year round. It also offers soccer fields, a bike path, two sledding hills, and a shelter that can be reserved for private events. Hiestand Woods Conservation Park is a 12 acre park with walking trails that wind their way through areas of large red oaks. Honeysuckle Park is a smaller park located near the center of the neighborhood at 280 North Thompson Drive.
