All About Real Estate in Cherokee Park

There are unique views available from the different ends of Cherokee Park. Waterfront views are found along Burning Wood Way. In this instance, homes are built on the opposite side of the street, but the Yahara River offers scenic views, as does Cherokee Park, which borders the Yahara and includes a playground and green space designed for soccer and open play. A boat launch is found just down the street at Cherokee Marsh South. Cherokee Marsh North stretches along the north side of the neighborhood. A wooden walkway allows for walking through the marsh, and enjoying the natural features of the conservation area. On the east side, Cherokee Country Club has an 18 hole golf course. Homes along Comanche Way provide views of the golf course. The actual homes within Cherokee Park offer great variety. Construction of the neighborhood began in the 1960s, and additional homes were added continuing into the early 2000s. You can find 3, 4, and 5 bedroom properties, with many offering well over 3,000 square feet of living space.
